Eric Kihungu is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years of experience advising corporates, financial institutions, investors, developers and entrepreneurs on corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, capital markets, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and complex transactions.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) [Hons] degree from Kenyatta University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of both the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society. Prior to founding the firm, Eric served at two of Kenya's largest investment companies, where he provided strategic legal counsel on high-value transactions across multiple sectors.

As Managing Partner, Eric leads the firm's corporate, transactional, and advisory practice. He is recognised for his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, structure innovative deal frameworks, and deliver practical, results-oriented solutions. His clients include financial institutions, private equity investors, real estate developers, technology companies, and multinational corporations operating across Kenya and the East African region.

Anita Wanjiru is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with over 6 years of experience representing clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral panels. She has acted in high-value disputes spanning commercial law, employment law, and real estate.

Anita is known for her sharp analytical skills, strategic approach to case management, and ability to deliver effective solutions under tight timelines. Her experience covers the full lifecycle of dispute resolution — from pre-action strategy and negotiation through to trial advocacy and enforcement of judgments.

She brings particular depth in employment and labour relations matters, having successfully defended and prosecuted claims before the Employment and Labour Relations Court on behalf of both employers and employees. In the real estate space, she has handled complex ownership, lease, and development disputes requiring intricate knowledge of land law and conveyancing practice.

David Otieno is a real estate and conveyancing lawyer with over 5 years of experience advising on property acquisitions, joint ventures, and large-scale developments. He has worked with developers, financial institutions, and private investors on structuring transactions that balance commercial goals with regulatory compliance.

David's practice covers the full range of real estate work — from initial due diligence and title verification through to completion and registration. He has particular expertise in working with county and national land authorities on subdivision, change of user, and development approvals, as well as in perfecting securities for banks and microfinance institutions.

Grace Muthoni is a banking and finance lawyer with over 6 years of experience advising lenders, borrowers, and investors on financing transactions. She has particular expertise in syndicated lending, project finance, and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.

Grace's practice spans the full range of banking and finance work — from structuring and documenting loan facilities and security packages through to advising on regulatory compliance with the Central Bank of Kenya, Capital Markets Authority, and other financial sector regulators.
